Following its successful joint-stock transformation and pioneering role in formulating industry group standards, Shanghai Haomi Xingguang Optics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Haomi Optics") has made another significant stride in its digital transformation journey. On September 15, the launch ceremony for the Haomi Optics MES and ERP system upgrade project was successfully convened.

In collaboration with MES service provider Shuyi Gonglian and UFIDA ERP service provider Kundi, the project teams from all three entities convened on-site to collectively define project objectives, delineate organizational roles, outline implementation scope, and establish phased progress plans. This event signifies the official commencement of the implementation phase for this "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative" enterprise within the domestic micro-optics component sector, aimed at achieving data integration across the entire production chain.

This upgrade project directly targets the core business challenges currently faced by Haomi Optics, including multi-factory coordination, batch traceability, and cost accounting. The project will prioritize the seamless integration of full-chain data between MES and ERP systems, enabling transparent visibility of production progress, ensuring traceable consistency between records and actual operations, and standardizing on-site management practices. Consequently, it will fortify the foundation for enterprise digitalization and establish a robust framework for subsequent group-wide upgrades and intelligent data analysis applications.

By synchronously upgrading both MES and ERP systems to facilitate full-chain data connectivity, Haomi Optics is not only laying the groundwork for its own group development but also offering a replicable and practical pathway for the digitalization of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises within the optics industry.
