Despite not having an official account like its competitors, Honor's Legal Department has shown no hesitation in its actions.
Recently, they presented a pair of silver bracelets to the individual responsible for the 'Kunpeng Incident,' and today, they are celebrating a 300,000 yuan compensation awarded by the court to them from a blogger.
According to an online first-instance judgment, the blogger @Jiwai Digital VVV has been found guilty of infringement. The court has ordered them to delete the infringing content and publicly apologize.
Furthermore, the blogger is required to pay a compensation of 300,000 yuan to Honor within ten days after the judgment becomes legally binding.

Initially, there was skepticism surrounding this judgment, but Guo Rui, President of Honor's Marketing Department, later confirmed the incident, stating, "We welcome criticism and supervision, but we will not tolerate slander and defamation."
It is noteworthy that several prominent influencers, including HR Himself, Rabbit Tears Machine, Xixi Da Ren, and Versatile Big Bear, have recently been 'muted' on social media platforms.
The specific reasons have not been disclosed, but today, the administrator explained the reason for muting @HR Himself: There has been a recent focus on rectifying four key issues – malicious slander and defamation against enterprises, extortion of enterprises, malicious marketing hype, and confidentiality infringement.
In addition to HR Himself, users like Dr. Big Mouth and Yan Yuelong have also been temporarily muted. A total of 195 infringing accounts have been dealt with in this round, highlighting the need for self-media commentators to exercise caution in their remarks moving forward.
