The annual 618 Shopping Festival serves as a pivotal test for mobile phone manufacturers, with this year's event spanning over a month. So, amidst this drawn-out price war, who emerged victorious?
According to sales rankings from a leading e-commerce platform, as of 6 PM today, Apple has secured the top spot, with multiple iPhone 16 models dominating the top three positions for 35 consecutive days.

Apple's ability to capture the top spot during this mid-year sales event is primarily attributed to its strategy of offering significant discounts to boost sales volume.
In previous years, iPhone price drops rarely exceeded 2,000 yuan, but this year, the iPhone 16 Pro witnessed a direct price cut of 2,000 yuan, combined with national subsidies, resulting in a total discount of 2,500 yuan.
Such substantial discounts not only attracted those who were waiting for a deal but also enticed critics of Apple's incremental updates to make a purchase.

Trailing closely behind Apple is Xiaomi, whose resilience and ability to navigate challenges have been largely driven by Redmi, led by Wang Teng. According to sales data, Redmi occupies four out of the top ten spots, with the K80 Standard Edition and Turbo 4 Pro even surpassing the iPhone 14.

OPPO and vivo are in a tight race, occupying the third and fourth spots, respectively. Meanwhile, Honor, which experienced slower growth in the first quarter, has successfully regained market share, entering the top five sales ranking.
Although Huawei missed out on the top five in terms of sales volume, it still slightly edges out OPPO and vivo in terms of sales revenue. Notably, Xiaomi, which was previously constrained by its affordable pricing strategy, has now surpassed Huawei in sales revenue.

Given that Xiaomi's sales volume and revenue are second only to Apple, it is reasonable to predict that Xiaomi has a high likelihood of breaking last year's revenue record of 26.3 billion yuan.
