It has constructed a comprehensive product array spanning various refractive indices, blue-light protection, intelligent color-changing, and multi-hued functional lenses, including adjustable tinted substrates, polarized optical lenses, and multi-layer functional lens coating solutions, ideal for high-glare outdoor activities like cycling and golf.

Conant Optical also stands as the primary supplier of plano and prescription myopia lenses for this range, and holds exclusive rights to supply 1.74 high-refractive-index lenses, premium multi-colored lenses, and intelligent color-changing lenses.

Judging from the recent business trajectory, Conant's XR intelligent optics division has shifted from the technical validation and prototype iteration stage to a crucial juncture of focused mass production and sustained volume expansion alongside top-tier clients. In the first half of 2026, the company’s XR business revenue soared to approximately RMB 50.5 million, marking a year-on-year surge of around 15 times, with the gross profit margin concurrently climbing to 42.9%. The beneficial influence of mass production initiatives on the revenue and profit framework is now unmistakable.

The company revealed that a significant AR smart glasses endeavor with a preeminent global tech firm is set to commence mass production in the fourth quarter of 2026, propelling the XR business from the “0 to 1” phase into a phase of accelerated volume escalation. Regarding production capabilities, the Shanghai facility intends to set up four specialized production lines for lens bonding and complete device assembly, while concurrently initiating XR Phase II and Phase III production line planning to cater to the escalating order demands from both domestic and international customers.

In terms of client outreach, Conant Optical has amassed over 40 collaborative projects with roughly 20 prominent domestic and international smart glasses producers and has inked long-term research and development or procurement framework pacts with key patrons. In July 2026, the company was further appointed as a core lens provider or multi-year research and development ally by four major clients, encompassing high-refractive-index ultra-thin light guide prescription lenses, lens bonding and assembly, and complete device assembly.
