Recently, Chenhui New Material's polarizer project officially commenced production at the County Industrial Park within the Wuping High-Tech Zone, Longyan, Fujian Province. The company is a specialist in the research and development of polymer optical materials for liquid crystal displays, with a primary focus on high-performance polarizers and optical film materials. Its product range spans across various optoelectronic terminals, encompassing mobile phone screens, computer displays, LCD TVs, smart wearables, and aerospace displays.

Regarding production capacity planning, the slitting workshop currently operates two slitting and stretching production lines, with intentions to add an extra cutting line down the line. As for the coating process, Phase I is set to encompass three precision coating lines. The first line is already up and running successfully, while the installation of the remaining equipment is progressing steadily.

According to the public notice on the environmental impact assessment, the Phase I "Polarizer Stretching and Precision Coating Project" entails an investment of 20 million yuan. It involves the construction of three precision coating production lines, boasting an annual production capacity of 500,000 square meters of precision coatings. The project was signed and established in Wuping in December 2025, with renovation works commencing in March 2026. It incorporates cutting-edge automated production equipment from the industry, underpinned by a comprehensive suite of core production equipment.

The company has expressed its commitment to leveraging the commencement of production as a springboard to incrementally expand production capacity, refine product offerings, and concentrate on establishing a specialized polarizer production base. This initiative aims to provide material support for bolstering the extended and complementary chains of Wuping's burgeoning display industry.
