ThunderSoft (300496.SH), a listed company specializing in AI operating systems, is set to complete its relocation to the second phase of Dongsheng Science Park this month.

On October 21, ThunderSoft announced that, driven by business expansion, it has commenced the relocation of its office. The office will be moved from Building 3, Chuangda Mansion, No. 9 Qinghua East Road, Haidian District, Beijing, to a new location. The entire move will be finalized within this month, with the new office situated on the 12th floor of Building 10, No. 6 Beijie, Dongsheng Science Park, Haidian District. According to the announcement, the Board of Directors Office has already been relocated to the new premises. The company will promptly address matters such as updating its registered address and amending its Articles of Association.

Established in 2008, ThunderSoft has continuously built upon and innovated its core technology in operating systems. Its business scope has gradually expanded from initial smart terminals to encompass smart vehicles, smart IoT, smart industries, and more. The company successfully went public in 2015, becoming China's first listed smart operating system technology firm. Currently, ThunderSoft's subsidiaries and R&D centers span over 40 cities globally, employing a workforce exceeding 15,000. In the first half of 2026, the company reported total revenue of 4.305 billion yuan and a net profit attributable to shareholders of 246 million yuan.

Information reveals that ThunderSoft's new office is located in the second phase of Zhongguancun Dongsheng Science Park. Public data indicates that the park is situated in the heart of the Zhongguancun Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, surrounded by numerous universities and research institutions, offering concentrated advantages in talent, entrepreneurship, and capital. The park comprises four plots: 1813-L18, L20, L24, and L25, with a total planned land area of 770,000 square meters, including 265,000 square meters of construction land. Specifically, L20 and L24 are retained by Dongsheng, L18 is developed as the Zhongguancun Dongsheng Science and Technology Headquarters Park, and L25 is transformed into the Zhongguancun (Haidian) AI Digital Energy Industrial Park. The entire park features functions such as scientific research offices, supporting commercial facilities, public exhibition halls, conference centers, and five-star hotels, with a total construction area of 1.15 million square meters. Public records show that the second phase of Dongsheng Science Park has already attracted a cluster of technology companies and industry leaders, including Ninebot, Northking, DeepGlint, China Southern Power Grid, and Beibian Investment. Additionally, market news indicates that ByteDance also leased a building in the park last year.

It is worth noting that ThunderSoft's relocation can be aptly described as a move within Dongsheng, as the company had been headquartered in ThunderSoft Mansion, located in the Dongsheng area, for many years.

The expansion of the Zhongguancun (Haidian) Embodied Intelligence Innovation Industrial Park has been completed

The original location of the company, ThunderSoft Mansion, was renamed "Building D, Zhongguancun (Haidian) Embodied Intelligence Innovation Industrial Park" this year and has been integrated into the spatial system of the Zhongguancun (Haidian) Embodied Intelligence Innovation Industrial Park.
